Let's say you were given the choice by a vampire, to become immortal, one of them. Would you have made up your mind in a heartbeat, or would you think it over to make the desision?
The advatages of being immortal... Well, you get to live forever, that's good right? You can't die, and you can travel the world, therefore meet new and exciting people. The night world would be open to you forever, and you won't have a care in the world. Sounds great, right?
But what about being mortal. What if you just stayed mortal? Immortalilty comes with a price. You can't go with your friends or see them at school. You won't be able to do most of the things you love. There will be no going to the beach during the hot days of summer with your besties, or having inside jokes with them at the mall, it closes at like eight or nine. You have to move every few years, and can't keep a great relationship with people asking you questions 24/7 about your looks. If you stayed mortal, you wouldn't have all these troubles.
You don't breathe, everything goes by too slowly, time and what not. You don't seem to notice that everyone around gets older, and when you do, you feel guilty. Why must I have this great gift and not those that really need it? Food is a luxury, and it tastes like dust in your mouth. You rely on blood, but you don't want to kill them. Everything has a limit. You don't bleed, sounds great right? But after a few years, you miss the sight of your own blood, and not someone elses. You seem cold and out there, but does it really matter?
If a vampire gave you a choice, immortality or mortalality, which would you chose?

What is Music For?
Music. I could never live without it. Classical, alturnative, pop... all those, I couldn't live without. Music is for... letting your emotions out, to feel better about yourself. If your mad, you can hit someone, or sing a song. When your sad, you can cry or play an instrument. That's what I do. Music is for giving you something to do other than watch tv or go on the computer. Listen to it when you read, compose your own songs, whatever you want! Does it really matter what you want to do with music? It is a powerful force that we have created to bring pleasure into life. Even the less fortunate sing to pass the time and say how life has its ups and downs. People listen to what music has to say! Mearly saying something doesn't have enough enthusiasm or force as a short tune or song. A life without music isn't a life at all. Take that into consideration next time your bored or feeling a little down.

The Definition of Normal
My friend once asked me a simple question. "What does normal mean? If everyone is different, does that mean, different is... normal?" I didn't know how to answer. I didn't. I only said,"I guess so," smiled and changed the subject. But now that I think about it, what she said, seems true. What is the deffinition of 'Normal'? I'm not quite sure. I looked the def. in the dictionary and it says,"conforming to the standard or the common type; usual; not abnormal; regular" I just chose that deffinition out of about 10. But, everyone is different, everyone has a distinct face, feature different from another. Even twins are different! How is it possible to have the deffinition be the antonym of that exact word? Apparently it is possible. I put a lot of thought into the answer, too much maybe. The deffinition should be, in my opionion, "What people think the definition it is, because each answer is different." You may disagree with me, but again, what would the normal answer be?
